We have just enabled forced workcodes and are trying to match figures from the workcode report with the figures from the VDN/Split-Skill reports. I want to enable the agent trace to 70 agents but have been told that this may affect the network. Does it affect the whole network or the phone network or even just CMS? Is there any way to monitor exactly what is affected here?

I have the agent trace active for around 50 agents at any one time. I've not seen any network performance issues.
The only thing to note is that dependent on the amount of storage allocation you have allowed for agent trace you might find that records are overwritten pretty soon.
