Agent status as timeline (Gantt)

Hi,

Using Crystal XI, i have some data that shows a row for each agent that contains the start and end time for each phone state they were throughout the day.

What i would like to do build a Gantt type chart that has the various phone states on the y-axis (ReadyForNextCall, AfterCallWork etc) and along the x-axis i would like to see the instances that occuered throughout the day based on the phone states.

Is this possible on Crystal XI

If all else fails, more capable gantt charts are part of our CRChart add-in for Crystal Reports (see any of the @GANTT family of macros).
