Hi,
Don't know if this is possible but here is the secnario:
We have agent sets being recorded at random.
Four of them have stopped recording & are giving a busy tone.
When I manually observe them from a supervisor set, I get a busy tone as well which seems to indicate they are already being observed.
I know that by just doing a change on the sets it will clear the fault but as this is the second time the issue has happened I want to dig a bit further before clearing the issue, and pinpoint if it is coming from Meridian channels locking up or if the recording application is not clearing down the channels correctly...
My question is:
Is there a command in Meridian or in PDT I can run to find out what TN is observing the agent phone?
Thanks,
Áine
