Agent: Server not responding

I created an agent(Lotus Script)to Auto Reply to new mail. The new message comes but nothing goes out. In the Notes.log there is a message saying Server Not Responding. I created a runonserver agent and the runonserver agent works but not the Auto Reply. Same error message. I can run the Auto Reply agent manually and it works. I have tried setting up the agent to run after 5 minutes but that does not work. I am the Domino Administrator and I got myself rights to run restricted and unrestricted Lotus/Java agent. We are on Domino R.5.0.13a with Client R.6. Do you have any ideas?

I fixed my own problem. I had the wrong server/domain in the Server document>>Network Ports on the Configuration Tab. My agent is working now.
