I can not get the agents phantom dn to forward to the set that the agent logged into. I have added the dn to the agent's properties and created the phantom 2500 with DFDN = voice mail and CFW 4 in the FTR. What am I missing?

Looks fine:
Agent properties are set: Phoneset, Personal (Phantom) DN= Phantom number.
Phantom has a FTR CFW 4 so can forward to 4 digit telephonenumbers.

Test the phantom seperately via dialing the LD 57 FFC code: RCFA

Pick up a phone set and dial:
RCFA, SCPW, DN, DESTINATON_DN#
the phantom is then remote call forwarded.
If this works there must be another setting to check.

use: RCFD, SCPW, DN # to cancel de phantom forward.

Only I got the same question (for making a new personal DN) in my mailbox and had to trie it also:

I copied an existing Phantom TN with the new DN but can't get it to work??
When log into a phoneset that set shows up in the agent properties (Status: logged in. TN = ..) but when I print the Phantom TN it doesn't forward to the set?

Duhh?

Is the DN lenght of the SCR key on the agent phone 4 digits?

Remember it will look at the first SCR key on that phone.

In my case the SCR is 5 digits and the phantom is configured: FTR CFW 6

Did you configure the phantom DN before you added it to the agent profile? If not, that is a problem. In that case, open the agent's profile, delete the DN, save, add the DN back in, save again. Repeat for each agent.
