An agent who was able to log in on Friday cannot today. When pressing the log in button (programmed autodial *11 0020 3340), the agent receives a busy signal. I have verified the button programming and that she is still a member of group 20. This happened to another agent last week and the solution was that I found that agents log in button was copied to another station. This is not the case today. Any ideas why she would get a busy signal when trying to log in? Thank you.
