Agent Receives Busy Signal When Logging In

An agent who was able to log in on Friday cannot today. When pressing the log in button (programmed autodial *11 0020 3340), the agent receives a busy signal. I have verified the button programming and that she is still a member of group 20. This happened to another agent last week and the solution was that I found that agents log in button was copied to another station. This is not the case today. Any ideas why she would get a busy signal when trying to log in? Thank you.
 
A couple of thing you could check - First make sure that the agent isn't still logged in somewhere else. Also you should check to make sure you haven't hit the maximum number of logged in agents that you are licensed for.
 
Thank you. She was actually not completely logged out and was in aux. We "x" ported her then re-entered her port, in effect logging her out and back in.
