Agent presentation message

Hi all

I want to know is there an option that called "Agent presentation message"?


for example:
incoming call to call center hears company greeting and goes to free agent,and hears pre.msg( I am agent number 10 "RAD") and then agent answers the call.
call--->company greeting ---> agent pre.msg(I am agent Number 10)--->then agent hear customer voice.
is it possible?

The 3300 is not designed to provide messaging like this prior to agent answer.

There are several other products that can operate in front of the 3300 to do this.

Prairiefyre has a functionality called Agent Pre-Anouncement for example.

The 6160 IQ can also provide an info message before transferring the call to agent (RAD) or provide updated postion in queue (UPIQ)
