Agent Max Capacity on the following Switches.

This may be a tricky question to answer and I'm sure going to agent max will require upgrades on my part but assuming I was willing to pay for upgraded equipment and processors what is the max agent capacity of a Lucent G3.

Also is their a command I can run to display max currently available/used?

Use the command "display capacity" to see your limits. Two fields to look for: "Administered Logical Agents" and "Logged-In ACD Agents".

The smaller Definity products, G3si, have a maximum capacity of 400 agents. The larger products, G3r, S8500, S8700, have a maximum capacity of 5200 agents.

Our system shows 20,000 agents limit but I'm sure that could only happen with many EPNs.
