Agent Login Denial Event

Hello.

I'm running Avaya Definity version G3V8r.04.0.046.5

When an agent tries to log in, I receive this error on list trace station:

"denial event 1381: Agent login failure"

Does anyone know this error?

Is the agent already logged in?
 
The numenr of measured ACD members might reach its maximu. Try to execute the command "display capacity" and go to page 5, hunt group splits or skills page. Look in the field "CMS Measured ACD Members" and look if the available is alreadu 0. If this is the case, remove some split, sklls in your agent ids or other VDN numbers that no longer used.
