I have a strange problem. This happens randomly. An agent loged in gets disconnected/loged out automatically without any apparent reason.

Does anyone have a clue on what might be the cause?

Thanks!

Yes I did withnessed it and not only on one particular agent. It can happen to any agent at any given time.

Are they on a call when this happens? What phones are you using? Are they non / forced call? Does the Call Presentation log them out or put on not ready? What Version of SCCS and Meridian mail have you.
The more info you can suplly the better.

Had this happen just last week in one of our ComCentres. It was happenning to two M3905 sets. After speaking with our vendor (Bell), they had moved the sets to a different TN. Within 10 minutes, the same thing was happenning.

The Bell "Hi-Tech" team looked into it, and found that there was a patch that was required on the M1.

Check the ACD setting s for RTQT. This is the time before a default ACd call is going to be changed to the state defined at RTQ0. It can say NRD of MSB.
