I am trying to find out how many agent licenses we have, however I am getting LM_VODN and LM_LOC_VOAN numbers but can not find any info on what these mean. Any help would be appreciated.
I went through this last year when trying to verify the number of licenses for a customer. It is documented but it took me some effort to find. I'll have to look tomorrow and see where I found the information. Of course, someone will probably post the explanation by the time I find it.
Ok - the document I found that provides the information you need is a Nortel Technical White Paper: Contact Center 6.0 License Manager Operations and Deployment Overview. The definitions it has for LM_VODN are:
Agent License, Nodal - CCT Contact Center Voice Terminals
and for LM_LOC_VOAN:
Agent License, Nodal - Standalone Voice Agents
