Hi

I've got a customer with an Avaya Definity Rls. G3rV11, I've two skills 1 and 2, An agent 1053 belongs to the two skills:

Agent 1053 skill 1 priority 1, skill 2 priority 16

Please, Is there a way that agent 1053 can receive calls just for Skill 1 and for Skill 2 be on Not Ready state, and just If the agent 1053 want to receive calls for skills 2 put ready (for Skill 2)

If somebody has an idea?

Best Regards

Thanks joe2938, I've got an agent 1053 that belongs to skill 1 priority 1 and skill 2 priority 16, Is there a way that agent 1053 can receive calls just for Skill 1 and I receive for skill 2 just when the agent decides

The Agent 1053 belongs to skill 1 and 2, I want that agent 1053 receives calls just from skill 1 and in case that skill 2 has many calls in queue then agent 1053 using pressing a Key or a feature can receive calls from Skill 2.Is it posible?

Try the ''ADD SKILL FEATURE ACCESS CODE'' in doc: Administering Avaya Aura Call Center Elite. You can programm it in the Abbreviated dial list and assing it to a button..
