Agent in logoff pending state

I have a CC agent who logged in this morning just fine, but then she stopped getting calls, and her status is showing as "Logoff pending" in CallPilot. I can't do anything with this agent, can't delete, change password, nothing. I had to create a new ID for her. Anyone have this happen to them and have a solution?

Thanks, but system won't allow me to do this. Disabled the skillset to try everything I stated above, but still can't do anything with this agent.
 
Thanks, I'll ask my vendor about that. I actually heard back from them, and they told me to restart voicemail services, so we'll see what happens...
