I have a CC agent who logged in this morning just fine, but then she stopped getting calls, and her status is showing as "Logoff pending" in CallPilot. I can't do anything with this agent, can't delete, change password, nothing. I had to create a new ID for her. Anyone have this happen to them and have a solution?
