Agent id CLID issue for external calls

I have a strange issue about agent-id's CLID when the make external outbound calls.

Agent id is 1234567, wants to show 2356497810 while making outbound external calls.
I have made entry of the agent id in public-unknown table as below

The problem is when the user makes an outbound call it continues to show 24362585.

Trunk looks ok.

Below are also set up correctly I think.

What's wrongs here? do I need to check something more?

What is the extension of the telephone set that the agent is logged into when making the external call?

Agent station Need to have similar entry on the public unknown table as well, try and advise

or try both agent and station agent is on send CLI to N or R
