I am trying to determine if I can have an agent forward to an off site sytem for handling. Ideally we could control the forwarding remotely -

Can you post a little more info on the system setup, and versions of all locations, and why you are trying to accomplish this?
There are several ways around this, some more elegant than others, depending on what options you purchased.
Do you have add-on systems like CMS etc etc.
In general, you can forward calls per agent, by vectoring, or even better solutions, depending on your case.
Do you want this as an overflow feature, or as a disaster recovery option?

We are trying to allow for calls to be answered at a remote site - partially as coverage if someone does not report to work or some other emergency.

we have software R015x.02.1.016.4

we currently use vectors to route in bound calls
if someone wants the operator (call center)they have to push 9

I want for at least 1 of us who has an agent # to be able to forward our # to a remote location

you can cover to anywhere really , a remote coverage path that can ring off network numbers , loads off options when you say remote what exactly do you mean , another system linked by ip trunks on a wan circuit or a totally separate switch ???

Bit more info needed and a solution will be provided , you can have two coverage paths on the station that can be toggled between from other stations using a fac , lots of options here depending on your topology.

APSS (SME)
ACSS (SME)
ACIS (UC)

I would like to be able to answer them at my home when the weather is bad so off our system

Program a Cover remote and remember the access digit to your home number
