I'm trying to get Nortel Agent Desktop Displays 06.00.011.00 working on Windows 7 and know it's not supported. There's a CC6 server and a MSI of unknown origin that installs a working copy of ADD on Vista, but on Windows 7 it gets stuck at "Logging in to Contact Center Manager Administration server '...', please wait." I've tried dotNet 1.1, XP SP2 compatibility, admin rights and a shim to simulate writing to Program Files. Since this works under Vista there might still be hope. Anyone?

The Vista test box has started doing the same thing, so I'm hoping it could be that multicast needs a higher priority. I read that in another tread and now get to figure out how to do that. Could someone please help with how to do that? I only have a web login, so if anybody could confirm it's not doable that would be just as good. Thanks!

Microsoft support states: .NET Framework 1.1 not supported on Windows 7. And also: the Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 is supported on operating systems up to and including Windows Vista.
Since .NET 1.1 is required by CC6 it could work on Vista but it won't on Windows 7.

How many agent use the ADD? If you are on CCMA_6.0_SU_08 and there not to many agents I would give them access to the CCMA Real Time Reporting....

@Utreg Thanks for the reply! I managed to get .NET 1.1 installed and verified, but without any useful results. At least the Vista install sprang back to life. There are around 30 agents, but they didn't care for that CCMA web login. Still, there might not have much choice...

If anybody has any ideas how to get Agent Desktop Display going on Windows 7 x64 it would be appreciated, but this is looking pretty unlikely. Thanks!
