We're having a problem getting the ADD to work on all computers. When we start the ADD application the user's name and login ID appears in the title bar but we never get the real statistics to populate. The screen says "Logging into CCMA server CCMS01, please wait". I have used the mRcv application to confirm that the PC's are receiving multicast information from the network.

Does anyone know which user account that the ADD application is trying to use to log into the CCMA/CCMS server?

Any other suggestions are appreciated.

try disabling the firewall on the PC, then launch. If this fixes it, you will need to set up an exception in your firewall rules for this app.
Don't forget to turn your firewall back on when you have finished testing.

The firewall wasn't the issue. Our vendor figured out that the multicast coming from the server needed to be the highest priority and it wasn't set that way. Once he changed the setting the ADD was receiving all the correct information.

The user account you need is the Agent (telset) LoginID from CCMS.
