I have a problem. I have agents that thier coverage path is set to cover back to thier skill so other agents can anwswer thier call. When no agents availble the call routes to a vdn which points to a vector that routes to a x-port vm station with voicemail. but once it gets to the setp in the last vector to point to the vm xport station it disconnects. Any ideas

Try using a step in the vector..."messaging skill xx for extension yyyy" instead of routing to an exported extension. You should have much better luck...

I should be a bit more specific...xx would be your hunt group for voicemail and yyyy would be the exported extension voicemail box.

I tried that and it still skips that step and goes to next step which is disconnnect. Could this have something to do with double coverage which i think is not permitted

I do something similar in my setups and they are working fine. Are you sure that it is getting to this vector? It sounds to me like it isn't even getting here.

I fat fingered the step. It works great thanks.
