For end user Agents is it possible to only display skillsets and applications that are relevant to them?


Is it possible to configure Webclient in a way that agents cannot monitor the performance of other agents?
 
Hi,

If you have webclient you should have a thing called Agent Desktop Display.

This can be installed on all machines to allow agents to log in and see stats for the skillsets they are assigned to.

If you dont have webclient you could alway use the display queue button on the phoneset
