Agent Audit Report CP 150 ACD

Have a CP150 with 2.45 RCC s/w, just like what is on the BCM's and when you do the Agent Audit Report in the activity column ishould show avalable time/ not reaady / break time / out or incomming call, well it is not showing the call activity out or in only Avaliable and break.
Anybody run accross this before?
 
Are you using 245.xxx.101 or .105 RCC? Are all other functions working like Real Time?
 
I reinstalled the server and RCC 245.105 and it works now. The funny thing was it was showing on 101 but it stoped reboot did not work.
