Whatis the agent DN? Whenever I run the report I receive "No data to fetch".
Which report will show all agents and the number of made/received calls?

 
Do your agents have forced login set? Do they really login and logout every day? Are your groups of the "Idle" type?
If these are true then run a agent activity report on the highest numbered group the agents are member of.
 
Because the data that is required for an agent activity trace takes up tons of space (it records everything an agent does for the day - login, busy wrap up, break etc etc) - you need to enable a option within Delta Server that will record this information (because it takes up a fair amount of space)- but I can't remember the actual option, but it should be obvious through Delta Server.
 
The agent DN is agents extension number. As said above you need force login set on the agents telephony tab.
