After Upgrading from LN 4.6 to 5.7 all the mails comming from internet

Have you tried recreating your mail.box / mail1.box etc as they may be corrupt after the upgrade.
Are there any errors reported in error logs?
Try fix mail box corruption.
- Exit Domino console
- Rename all mail.box to oldmail.box
- Restart Domino service
Test smtp send receive.
If this works - open oldmail.box and copy any waiting e-mails to the new mail.box for them to be processed.
