I recently upgraded from 2.1.15 to 2.1.24. I had setup on specific SC the option to "Force Account Codes". This was for all long distance callse which started with a 1. However, I just realized that all callers can now make phone calls with out having to enter an Account Code. When I looked in the SC box what I found is that the option for Account Code is no longer there. Does anyone know why AVAYA removed this field from there. I'm not very happy. It looks like I will have to go back down to a version that will have the Account Code. I had origanlly upgraded to 2.1.24 because of the option of having different ring tones.
