I have two IP 406 with v4.0.10 on both. I am trying to use centralized Voice Mail (VM PRO). I have installed Advanced Networking on both systems and it is working. (Site A) has VM PRO and it works OK, but (site B) VM will only work for two hours. After two hours you hear dead air when you call VM PRO from (site B). If I restart (site A) server with VM Pro (site B) will start working for another two hours. Can any one help? Thanks for any help!

Licence!!!!

You get 2 hours grace period with VM pro when the licence is invalid.

I'd check the licence

Take Care

Matt
If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you.

License

After two hours vmpro stopt working because the licenses are not valid
So check your licenses

I have a vaild VM PRO license and have two advanced network licenses. Do I need any others

You can have licenses but do they show valid in manager ???
When you make a typo then it will stop after two hours because you don't have a "valid" license

But now i read that site A work and site B don't
Is this right that site A work after the two hours ???
Then it could be a routing problem, some kind of a timeout

Make sure Key Server is started (Automatic) in Services and Applications

If you have 2 sites, and its only working on the site directly connected to the VMPRO, make sure that the VOICEMAIL tab in the manager is set to "Centralized Voicemail" ont the remote system. Its without a doubt a license issue.
