For lots of reasons, I downgraded the system to 6.1(22) last night and it seems to have stabilized the system. However, every phone in the system has a few Park buttons that are associated with specific park slots. The users could Park with that key, and Unpark as well. Today that is no longer functioning. The short code works to Unpark, and a button programmed for Unpark works. I changed the firmware on one phone to test from 3.171b to 3.186a(which was on the SD card) and no difference.

Any thoughts?

did you have a copy of the config before you went to 7?

It came out of the box as a 7.0(5)...I have backups before I downgraded though.

Update: The Unpark button does not work. However, phone manager allows for parking and unparking.

So, the Park button parks the call but the only way to Unpark is with the short code or phone manager.

I am having the same issue.. Have 2 park buttons across 9620 phones, and you can Park the calls, but cannot pickup the calls using the Park button.

I'm upgrading the whole place to 7.0.12 tonight so I'll let you know if that makes a difference. I hope so...

Upgrading to 7.0.12 did the trick. Ridiculous.
