after power outage line 1 stays on

the power went out on tuesday. today is thursday. line 1 cannot be accessed. nobody is on it. all phones were checked. nobody can get on it. line 1 has a solid red light that stays on. nothing else is wrong.

also when i push line 1 from ext 10 i hear 2 clicks on the phone and the solid red light turns to flashing, alternating between red and green. any idea how to fix this?

Try to reboot the system and see if it fix the problem.Most likely the line 1 port went bad ,if you can swap the lines from 1 to another one if you have any vacant line port it could a fix for you.

that was it! i just unplugged it and waited a minute. everything is fine now, thanks
