After install agents for w2k server it's freez

On fresh install of w2k server,when i install proliant support pack the server freezing. I found that when its install HP Insight Management Agents for Windows 2000, after restart it's freez when i try log to server. Thanks for any help.

Two questions come to mind
1. Is the server a Compaq/HP product?
2. Are you sure you have the right agents? G1 G2 G3 etc..

Thanks for your respond but I solved a problem, I took older version SmartStart and it's work fine
