Hello,

I am working with a Mitel 3300 virtual/Physical 3300 icp system with SIP trunks.
MiVoiceBusiness installed OVA version 7.2.1.24
MiCollab 7.2.1.13
Mitel NuPoint Build: 18.2.0.13.01

I need to setup a voicemail box that, when after hours and a voicemail is left, the system will call the on call number and play the message.
When I leave a message, I expect to get a phone call on my cell from the system and be prompted to enter the VM box PIN and then hear the message that was left.
But this is not happening.

I have setup the voicemail box with the FCoS 30 which I listed below.
For the Message Waiting, Message Waiting #1 is set as follows:
The telephone field is a System Speed dial which points to a cell number. The speed dial works when I dial it.
I have also tried using the cell phone number in this field. But that isn't working either.

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?
I do use a system speed call in a different VM Call Flow but it is just transferring the call right to the cell phone.

It doesn't look like you've configured a VM port for outdialing, or at least you've not mentioned it.

You need to dedicate a port off the nupoint for outcalling

I believe your times might be wrong in the screenshot, you have 12:00am - 11:59am (Morning only).
You probable want 12:00am - 11:59pm ?

Like kwbMitel said you also need a port configured in NP for outbound dialing if you don't have one.
If you had an MiCC server, this could probably be implemented much better/more efficiently within IVR but I am assuming you don't have one so you will be stuck doing it this way.

Ya, they choose a cheaper 3rd party option that doesn't have this capability. So I am stuck trying to make this work.

I did configure a VM port for outdialing. How can I check to be sure I have that configured correctly?

Make sure you check the boxes in the dialing list before saving the pager line group

I may be confusing settings. But if I want to be able to use the NuPoint Call Me feature, where NuPoint will call me if a message is left, am I in the right place?
I enter my cellphone number in the Call Me Phone Number box and save but the system is not calling it after I leave a message.
Do I need to change the Message Waiting to one of the other settings or disable it all together for this to work?

In your pager dialer group, did you select the pager dialer(s) that you set up for outdialing?
