After Effects to Super VHS

HI,
Does anyone know the best codec and equipment to use to convert an After Effects project to super VHS. Every time I render my comp it comes out lossy.

A local TV station said they would play my vid clip if I can get it into SVHS format quickly, so I am pretty desperate to solve this.

Make sure your "quality " icon on the timeline is twirled to a solid slant icon.
