after Bootup windows installer tries to load norton

win 2k pro all updates added
machine boots up shows desktop then windows installer starts and can;t locate norton antivirus in rom drive.
cancel it 2 x's and everything appears to be fine..

trying to locate way to resolve this issue with no windows intaller on boot up..
