AES to Syslog

Can you set an AES on 3.1.6 to log all of its log. restart. cmd. files to an external syslog server as well as its own internal location??

The customer has asked for this to keep an eye out for potential issues in the files to monitor.. I can not see anything in the web side of the AES was wondering if this can be done from within the command line
