Hello again

I know plenty of documentation exists on this within the Avaya site but can someone tell me if this is okay to do and will it have any impact on TSAPI links that are already configured on the AES? Also, a step by step guide to doing this would be great. Can anyone explain in English the Tel URI dial plan that need to be implemented in order for LCS calls to go over the pbx?

Dial Plan,

Think of a dial plan as ARS Digit Conversion

e.g.

From TelURI

Say you have +441216093751 as a full E.164 (read international PSTN) with extension 443751.

Min Max String Delete Insert
12 12 441216093751 8 44

Next step you have a range of extensions you would just do the below.

Min Max String Delete Insert
12 12 44121609 8 44

Your last entry in the list will probably be
Min Max String Delete Insert
(above max ext length) 15 * 0 (ARS)00 e.g 900

This will prefix 900 to all outbound numbers. Bear in mind that numbers that have not been normalized will behave incorrectly.

To TelURI

The same process for calls to MOC.
