AES - more than one license

Hello,

I had an AES hardware failure and have changed out the 8500.

I put the old hardrive in the new kit and have got a new license from Avaya which installed ok on the new mac address.

However the AES services say they can't start because there are more than one license is existence.

How do I delete the old license?

/usr/share/tomcat4/webapps/WebLM/licenses/

delete the xml file from there.

Need to make sure you have the correct login etc to do this.

Avaya support gave me the same except it was the
tomcat5-5.5.5 directory, but I'm sure if I'd seen your post first I would have managed.
