A client of mine has an aes sever. Just recently they overhaul there local PC's from XP to windows 7. Since then, they haven't been able to use their tapi dialer on IE, Chrome, or FF when connected to Saleforce, where as on their XP machine it was readily available. Nothing on the System backend was upgraded or changed. Is there something that needs to be changed or upgraded to get the client tapi back online? Please advise.
