Hello,
I am installing AES 5.2.
The Disk that I have is labled:
Avaya Aura
Application Enablement Services
AE SVCS 5.2 Aura BNDL MEDIA - 98
Material ID 700478340
November 2009
I have gone through the installation. I can ssh into the chell and login to the Linux command line however then I try to access ADDRESS/webconsole it will not answer.
I found this in the release notes from AES 5.2.
KNOWN ISSUES AND WORKAROUNDS
• For Installation and/or Upgrade
1. After the AE Services installation or upgrade completes, wait 10 minutes and then login to the server.
2. As the root user, check to see if the configuration has completed by running
the following command:
ls –l /usr/share/tomcat5/webapps/CS-SDAS/WEB-INF/web.xml
If the file is not yet there, the following command will return:
“ls: /usr/share/tomcat5/webapps/CS-SDAS/WEB-INF/web.xml: No
such file or directory”.
Wait 1 minute and run the command again until the configuration has
copied the file to this location.
If the file is there, the command will return the full path and filename and the
configuration is completed, for example:
-rw-r--r-- 1 tomcat5 459 Feb 13 2006
/usr/share/tomcat5/webapps/CS-SDAS/WEB-INF/web.xml
The file web.xml is never appears.
Anyone ever seen this before?
