I am trying to restore some stuff but nothing I do will work. I get this message:

AE0059 RootDirectory(\\EDGE1\Edge1\W.I.P\ADS) is invalid

I'm assuming the problem is that the server is not called EDGE1. This must've been the old server a few years back. Is this the problem and what can I do to restore files? I have been able to restore other stuff that was from EDGE1 but the files I'm at will not work. I've tried creating base directories, creating diriectories from root and just making a folder and dumping them in that way. It all gets the same error.

Hi,

Are you restoring back to original location?
Did you try restoring to an Alternate location?
Are you restoring just files or is it a database\system state?
