AE - Advid ?

Hello,

Question. I'm starting to learn video production. My goal is to be able to develop TV Commercials. So i got Adobe products (Premiere, AE, Photoshop,..) now i hear something about "Advid" Systems.... what is a good road to go?

and whats the difference?
