Hello,

I am looking for some advise. We are planning to migrate our Domain Controllers from Server2000 to Server2003 with new hardware as well. Is there anything specific that we need to be aware of? Any suggestions or Best Practices? I just want to make sure that everything is covered.

Active Directory
Global Catalog
DHCP
DNS
IIS
Etc...

Any help or suggestions or things to watch out for would be great!

Thanks,

Flynbrian

You will need to prepare you current AD for the migration. It is similar to preparing AD for Exchange (/Forestprep and /Domainprep).

Below is a great website that has many great pieces of information with the like to what you need:

This will be a good start for you.
