Advice on incoming call handling on TDA30 please

Hi,

I use a TDA30. There are 10 incoming trunks and a coupel of VOIP lines.

All lines go to ICDs and can be picked up by any extension. After 30s they go to the SVM card.

I would like to play a welcome/informational message to the caller when they ring (instead of ring tone) to give us more time to answer the calls. Something like "welcome to... thanks for calling, we'll answer as soon as we can, alternatively press the start key to leave a message and we'll get back to you"

Can I do this?

you need a ogm or better yet a esvm card to do auto attendant or call queuing
 
Thanks - I have an esvm card in it, but just use the svm part of it currently. Is it hard to setup?
 
set up queue table and record ogm's according all this is in the book and help files !
