hello- i have a high end user that needs the same data on two different pc's, located at two different sites. (omaha, san diego). i currently sync his data to a server at a third site (san diego).
anyway, i caused a couple hiccups and now the boss wants a new sync/backup plan drawn up. more fail-safe. so i'm wondering if anyone else has this scenario and how you have it set up logically. i have dedicated T1 VPN between all three sites.

i thought about doing roaming profile, but not sure the T1 would be fast enough between Omaha and San Diego. ?

thanks in advance

How much data changes everyday? If it's not a lot you might consider using something like Robocopy. You could still maintain one master copy on the server and have Robocopy only bring over changes, which should be pretty quick over a T1. You could run it as a scheduled task on the server or at every user logon/logoff if it doesn't take too long.
