first this is Advice of Charge when the call ends, i have seen the IPO Manager help it says something about call cost markup value to be setup, has any one setup this value or feature? im not able to get the AOC on the IP Phones and ISDN lines.
secondly,
if someone calls to an extension and the call goes to voicemail, that voicemail is forwarded to email, is there a way, like we disable the voicemail or let it be enabled but we get only the email for missed call from xxx number or extension number or any of that sort,
anyhelp regarding this matter highly appreciated, just trying to achieve something new here in IPO.
