Advertising new packages not working

Running SMS 2003. I have an issue where advertising is not working for any new packages created.
Everything else is OK.
No errors so I don't really know where to start with this.
Any ideas?

Please be more specific:
SMS 2003 running on ... ?
Clients are running ... ?

Are there errors in the logs on your Site-Server or on your clients ?
