Advanced Paging Productivity- Schedules not working 7

I have had an issue where scheduled pages would not work and this has been going on for 2 years and I muck about with it when I can.

I am testing Fixed Time, Everyday, Greeting 36, Internal, Zone 6
I also tried Periodic every 2 minutes.

Seems after several restores and factory defaults that my problem seems to be PM.
All my testing was done in the PM...until yesterday.

I again yesterday morning did a factory reset but this time re-programmed my Callpilot from scratch and scheduled pages worked so I deemed it a glitch in my backup.
However this morning I was testing and editing a wav file with Audacity then uploading then just like that after 10 tests or so it stopped working.
I tried to see what changed and eventually noticed it was just after the noon hour so I changed the time back to 11:57 AM and set schedule to 11:58 and schedule worked.

-Some other programming is preventing PM schedules
-There really is a glitch
-There is a fix in some patch maybe I missed in reviewing them and did not make it to 022. I have only Desk 005 and System 022 installed.

If somebody else here can schedule for PM and works then it's not a glitch.

At least I am getting close.

Hi everyone, sorry to re-open abit the topic, i recently noticed the Paging stopped working at 6:00 PM to 11:59 PM, i tested it on a BCM450R6, BCM450R5 and a BCM50R6 and all had the same happening !

It makes me think there is maybe a schedule somewhere to set a range where Automated Paging is allowed.

But i only tested 3 systems, can anyone else confirm to me if your automated Paging works or not between 6:00 PM to 11:59PM ?

Greetings guys,

I have been using the APPP for at least 7 years.
When I say using the APPP I mean using it at 95% of its possibilities!

I have actually 44 scheduled greetings planned.

I have hourly chimes being paged every hour.
Some of my greetings go from 3 seconds to 1 minute in length.

Some are fixed time and some are periodic. Specific day and Every day.

I have a Walking Dead jingle playing the night that the show is running to remind me!

I also use some of Microsofts .wav files for annoncement tones and alerts.

I also use 24 pre-programmed text message One Button Text Feature.

I have never had any issues.
My Bcm50 is R6.0 with all latest patches.

One month ago my Bcm50 flat lined! A CPU issue. I replaced it with a Bcm50 R6.0 with all latest patches and re-installed my latest backup. My Advanced Paging works fine and with out any issues.

Do I have to consider myself lucky or is there really a glitch in some systems.

I am using Element Manager version 62.0.3 on win10 and Win7.

In the APPP configuration my CAB settings : allow URL Invocation is NOT clicked!

Sorry I thought I updated this post!
I still have issues.

What happened on my last post that day I managed to get AM pages to work by using the 60.03 however the later PM pages stopped working.

I will try adding a bunch of test pages around those times zones 6:00 PM to 11:59 PM just before, during and after, then may see if schedules in any AA programming might be a culprit.

My test pages are "Fixed" (same time everyday).

Fixed on my side !

This is from a default configuration of Callpilot, so normal every BCM i tested reacted same !


I got it when i make a Periodic Annoucemennt and i hold the mouse on a box and display the precious information...

And indeed the default non bussiness is 6 PM to 12AM i just changed it to 11:59 to 12:00 and bingo ! it work now !

Thanks for figuring this out. I was thinking the schedule had something to do with it, but since mine seems to work I didn't know where to look. A star for you.

Yep, I open at 8 and close at 5...changed Non-Business to 7:59 and Doc's your uncle!
