Not sure when it stopped working, but everything in CRM client for Outlook was working fine, but recently I can't click on the advanced find, or any of the other CRM buttons in the toolbar. I can use CRM in every other way. The addin for Outlook has CRM listed. I've tried removing and re-adding.
It's not a security issue as when I use the web client, I can use it.
