Does anyone know if this feature exists on the ip office. Receptionist gets call for x-2000 that user is on the phone. Can they camp that call on x-2000 until that user becomes free and then that call ring to x-2000. Currently they use park but some areas in the office is not equipped with overhead spkrs.
 
Yes, For example:
*33*N# N CallQueue (Queue(Xfer) a call at a busy extension)

Queuing a Call to a busy Extension: If an extension is busy and a caller wants to hold for that person, the call can be queued for that extension. The caller is put on hold until the extension is free. To do this press the Xfer Button and dial *33*2000# for example.

What handsets do they have? Giving them two call appearences with call waiting turned on does this!!
