Adtran 908e is not reaching out to the carrier for SIP registration. Carrier finally confirmed it is not.
Is someone here willing to look over my config to see what could be causing the issue? I will send in PM for you.
GOAL is SIP inbound circuit to PRI into our switch.
I literally see no traffic to the SIP server on Wireshark. Nothing. I do see my hits to the web service.

Looks like just one license required.
Here is the Adtran support site, looks like you need to create an account to go further but there is a license link there.
Besides having the user name and password in the SIP trunk setup, a registration also has to be added through the SIP trunk. This will tell it to send the registration.
