Adtran issues

Adtran 908e is not reaching out to the carrier for SIP registration. Carrier finally confirmed it is not.
Is someone here willing to look over my config to see what could be causing the issue? I will send in PM for you.

Would you post a sanitized config here? Would you describe what you have the TA908e doing, and what is not working?

GOAL is SIP inbound circuit to PRI into our switch.
I literally see no traffic to the SIP server on Wireshark. Nothing. I do see my hits to the web service.

Have you read the guide?
I am guessing the guide would tell you the pre-requisites right at the begging so that you know what you need before installation.

Besides having the user name and password in the SIP trunk setup, a registration also has to be added through the SIP trunk. This will tell it to send the registration.

register trunk_identifier auth-name "loginuser" password "password"

The trunk identifier would be the trunk number or name of the trunk you are connecting to, and the username sometimes is the same as the trunk number.

In the GUI this is the Register Value. Once you have a registration configured, it will send out the register request.
