I have a problem. A few weeks back our building lost power causing us to lose power to our CSU and preventing outside calls. The thing is that the line the CSU is connected to is supposed to be backed up by battery. I did move the CSU to another power plug in which other equipment was not losing power. However, the Adtran still lost power when the circuit was sent killed and the battery kicked in. So, I guess I have two questions

-Does the Adtran lose power for a short amount of time and then come back? (We weren't able to leave the power off longer than a few seconds)

-Is there another way to power the Adtran so that there isn't that quick loss of power.

Ideally a CSU should be powered by the DC power from the PBX. The option 11 has provisions for that. If the PBX is DC, power should come off of the 48 volt plant.
