Adsense and NavBar Conflict

I tried another forum with the same question and got much of nothing so I hope it's different here.. I am trying to install adsense on our site

yet when we input the adsense code it wipes out the navigation bars entirely.. I am sure the is a conflict somewhere, be it frames or var or who knows what.. I am not a programer just a guy that runs a dog daycare on a budget so I have know idea how to fix the problem.
